East Meets West
Here is a link to a charity called the East Meets West Programme based in Vietnam. 2 fellow students and I were fortunate enough to do our elective with them back in the summer 05. I have since returned last November and spent 2 weeks with the charity again providing dental treatment to orphaned children in the Central Highland Province of Kontum Vietnam. The rawness of the Vietnam war is still there even today. Anyway, check them out at
